Karen Kadin

EMEA | Managing Director

Prior to joining Broadstreet in July 2009, Karen spent the last four years in London leading European business development for MJM.

Working alongside John Birger and the MJM team, she advised clients on the design and delivery of live meetings, events and brand experiences from large scale consumer launch events & exhibitions, to effective learning and performance improvement, corporate communications and cultural change programs for many of the world's leading organizations across a wide range of sectors including Pharmaceuticals, Financial, Consumer Goods, Telecom and Energy. She had spent the four years prior at MJM in New York in new business and account management.

Previously in her career, Karen worked in the financial services and advertising industries. While at The MONY Group, Karen worked under the Chief Marketing Officer as a Strategic Marketing Analyst dedicated to identifying new business opportunities, innovative distribution channels and targeted marketing / communications opportunities. She was charged with the launch of MONY Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory Services, the middle-market investment banking division of the Life Insurance institution. With that experience, she made the move to WPP leading advertising agency, J. Walter Thompson as Global Account Manager on the KPMG business where she participated in the development and launch of the global brand campaign, "Understanding."

Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with concentrations in International Business and Marketing, from the University of Richmond, Virginia. A dual French-American national, she was raised in a multi-cultural household with a family of four born on three different continents and four different countries, so she is all too familiar with overcoming communications challenges!
