US National Meeting

An innovative medical device company partnered with Broadstreet to develop and deliver a communication strategy and creative content to amplify key messages at their US National Meeting. Broadstreet developed a suite of creative elements, including a meeting theme, custom event graphics, executive presentation template design, print design and copywriting to help connect the company’s big goals to their big mission for an important internal audience.

Broadstreet conceived an impactful, multi-faceted theme that was then divided into six subthemes to be used to frame the content of each General Session. This provided a cohesive storyline throughout the week that helped embed meaningful messaging into the minds of the audience. Broadstreet also interviewed over 25 employees on camera to produce a stirring, high-energy video that wove their passionate stories together into a shared declaration that was met with rousing applause.

On an expedited timeline, Broadstreet was invited by the company’s HR team to help define their internal awards criteria and refine the language around their corporate values so they would resonate more deeply throughout the organization. The collaboration resulted in crystal clarity of which team members should be recognized for their embodiment of those values, and an awards night that overflowed with team camaraderie.

The event’s creative execution won accolades from leadership and attendees, and the presenter coaching that Broadstreet provided was noted as being a game-changer in the way the organization communicates and connects to its employees
